1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SanRadiance Technologies website (sanradiance.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

SanRadiance Technologies provides IT outsourcing, staffing, software development, AI integration, cloud services, test automation, digital transformation, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity services. The specific terms for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed between SanRadiance and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of SanRadiance Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Intellectual property rights for custom work delivered to clients are governed by the relevant client agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed deliverables.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during engagements. SanRadiance will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Specific confidentiality obligations are detailed in individual service agreements or NDAs.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• Work may be paused for overdue accounts exceeding 60 days
• Currencies accepted: INR, USD, and AUD

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SanRadiance Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

SanRadiance provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific requirement. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, for engagements originating from India, and by the laws of Queensland, Australia, for engagements originating from Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India or Brisbane, Australia respectively.

9. Changes to Terms

SanRadiance reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
